Adam Michelson: Vancouver Island, BC, Canada; My name is Adam Michelson and I love food. I grew up surrounded by the sights, smells, tastes, and all the other sensations of growing up in a culinary oriented family. When I turned 18 I followed my other passion for racing and automotive, determined to blaze my own path in life, but alas I returned to what is in my blood, love and passion for all things culinary.
